A French Industrial style mechanical architect's drafting table with original green lacquered metal base and large solid wood top. Unic L. Sautereau Architect Drafting Table has a platform that is fully modular: using a counterweight it is possible to raise and lower the top and tilt it to any angle, from completely flat to almost vertical. The table may also be folded for storage to maximize space.  Designed by French architect Lucien Sautereau in the 1940's, this patened table is truly a work of art.  Full operating instructions and makers label are still visible on the table.
